How much does Odobase cost?

Odobase has a free Starter plan for up to 2 vehicles. Paid plans are priced by fleet size: Essentials costs $29 a month with 5 vehicles included, Growth costs $79 with 15 vehicles, and Professional costs $149 with 30 vehicles. Each extra vehicle costs $7 a month, and paying yearly saves about 17%.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every new account starts on Starter, which is free for up to 2 vehicles, 1 driver and 1 team member. No card is needed to start. See what the free plan includes.

How does per-vehicle pricing work?

Each plan’s price includes a block of vehicles, 5 vehicles on Essentials, 15 vehicles on Growth and 30 vehicles on Professional. Every vehicle above that block costs $7 a month, up to 25 vehicles, 50 vehicles and 100 vehicles on each plan. Retired vehicles do not count.

What happens when I add a vehicle above my plan?

When every vehicle slot is in use, the button to add a vehicle offers one more slot and shows its price. The extra vehicle is charged straight away for the rest of the billing period. You can lower your vehicle slots again later, down to the vehicles you have.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

About 17%. Growth is $790 a year instead of $948, and each extra vehicle costs $70 a year instead of $7 a month.

Which features come with each plan?

Every plan, the free Starter plan included, has trips and dispatch, recurring trips, self-drive hire, price lists, booking forms, the customer portal, live tracking, vehicles and maintenance, invoicing and the driver app. Paid plans add reports and accounting, customer WhatsApp messages and more vehicles, team members and branches; flight tracking comes from Growth, and Professional adds the AI copilot.

What if my fleet is larger than every plan?

Professional takes up to 100 vehicles. For a larger fleet, or terms of your own, talk to us about Enterprise. We agree the limits and the price with you.

What happens when a trial ends or I cancel?

Nothing is charged during a free trial. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the trial or of the period you paid for. After that your company moves to the free Starter plan and keeps everything it has entered, and you can choose a plan again at any time.

How do I pay, and in which currency?

Prices on this page are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, which adds any sales tax or VAT due for your billing address at checkout and issues your receipts.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment, no reason required. After that you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
