Why did we build Odobase?
Most fleets we met were run from spreadsheets, a whiteboard and busy group chats. It works until the business grows: two customers are promised the same car, a driver’s odometer reading does not match the invoice, and month-end means chasing receipts.
We built Odobase so that every booking, trip, expense and invoice lives in one record that the office and the driver both work from.
What do we believe in?
- Your data is yours. The records you enter belong to your company, and you can export them while your account is active.
- Drivers deserve privacy. The driver app records location only while a trip is running, and never between trips. Read the driver app privacy policy.
- Numbers you can trust. Distances, charges and profit are calculated the same way on every screen, so the dashboard, the invoice and the report always agree.
- Your team’s language. The dashboard speaks English, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic and Urdu, with full right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Urdu, not an afterthought.
