## Transcript

Chat messages pile up over a spreadsheet: "Who has car 4 today?", "Driver's not picking up", "Did we invoice Al Noor?", "Is the Prado free Friday?" and "Which trip is this??". Three words follow, one on each beat: Spreadsheets. Group chats. Double-bookings.

Everything collapses into one point, and the Odobase logo forms: the ring, a car that drives into it, then the name. Beneath it: "Fleet management for car rental & transport companies."

The dashboard assembles itself: revenue this month, active trips, fleet utilization at 86%, the outstanding balance and a chart of trips per day. "Plan, dispatch, and keep your fleet moving."

"Dispatch trips without double-booking." A trip moves from Scheduled to On the way, At pickup and Active. A new 10:00 trip dropped on a driver who is already booked is refused ("Already booked 09:00–11:00"), then given to a free driver: "Trip assigned".

"Follow running trips on a map. No GPS box — just the driver's phone." The route draws from the pickup towards the drop-off with the car's live position and speed. Then the driver app: the driver enters a PIN, opens today's trip, the odometer reading is recorded and a fuel receipt is photographed. "An app your drivers will actually use."

"Invoices built from completed work." Completed trips become an invoice, line by line, totalling AED 12,480.00, and it is stamped PAID. A profit and loss chart by month and by branch follows.

Four more features, one after another: every vehicle's service history, self-drive hire by the hour or the day, recurring trips on a weekly roster, and the dashboard in English, Arabic and Urdu, switching from left to right to right to left.

Every piece gathers into one grid, and the grid is the dashboard: "Your whole fleet, one dashboard." The logo returns with "Start free at odobase.com", "No card needed" and "Free plan".
