The companies that help us run Odobase, and what each one does.

## Summary

These providers process personal data on our behalf when we provide Odobase to you. Each is bound to data protection terms, and we give 30 days’ notice here before adding one, as our [Data Processing Agreement](https://odobase.com/data-processing-agreement) describes.

## 1. Hosting and storage

- **Hetzner Online GmbH** — application servers and database. Location: Finland (EU).
- **Backblaze, Inc.** — storage of uploaded files such as vehicle photos, receipts and logos. Location: United States.
- **Cloudflare, Inc.** — delivery of stored files, and the bot check on public booking forms. Location: global network.

## 2. Messages

- **Zoho Corporation (ZeptoMail)** — sending transactional email, such as sign-in codes, invoices and trip updates. Location: European Union and India.
- **Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (WhatsApp Business Platform)** — sending WhatsApp messages to customers and drivers, and receiving their replies. Location: European Union and United States.
- **Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging)** — delivering notifications to the driver app. Location: United States.
- Text messages (SMS) will be sent through a provider named here before it is used.

## 3. Features

- **Google LLC (Google Maps Platform)** — address search, route distances and times, and trip maps. Addresses are sent; names are not. Location: United States.
- **AeroDataBox**, through its API marketplace — flight schedules and status for airport pickups. Only flight numbers and dates are sent. Location: European Union.
- **Polar Software, Inc.** — merchant of record for Odobase subscriptions: your account holder’s billing details, never your customers’ data. Location: United States.

## 4. Services you connect yourself

Some integrations are contracted by you directly and process data under your agreement with them, not ours. When you connect one, data flows to it on your instruction:

- Payment gateways for customer payments, such as Stripe, Tap Payments or Moyasar, when available
- Accounting systems you post invoices to, such as Catalyst

## 5. Error monitoring

We do not currently use a third-party error-monitoring service. Errors are logged on our own servers.
